Membership Policies

Membership Cancellation
Memberships automatically renew each month. A 30-day written notice is required to cancel a membership.

Late Cancellation
Classes canceled less than 12 hours before class start time will incur a $20 late cancellation fee.

No Shows
Clients who do not attend a reserved class and fail to cancel will incur a $20 no-show fee and lose a class.

Waitlist Policy
If a spot becomes available, clients may be automatically added to class from the waitlist. Once added to class, standard cancellation policies apply. Clients are responsible for managing their reservations and removing themselves from the waitlist if they no longer wish to attend.

Grip Socks
Grip socks are required for all classes.

Refund Policy
All sales are final. Memberships, class packs, and retail purchases are non-refundable.
